I hope 2022 has been a phenomenal year for you! The Disaster Restoration Industry has its hardships and challenges, but it also has its incredibly meaningful and amazing blessings. I hope as this year comes to a close, you have time to reflect by yourself and with your team on all the wonderful treasures this last year contained for you.

For me, I cannot believe how privileged I’ve been to be invited to speak and write for various industry contributors this past year. Never when I was a technician or a general manager or even part of corporate leadership did I ever imagine I would one day be one of the authors and speakers others active in the industry would personally value and seek nuggets of wisdom from. I am so very humbled and thankful.
