As we have worked with Gerry over the years, he has always strived to help us improve our processes. The process we are currently working with him on has a great potential to make a huge difference for us. We have only been working with him on discovering our company purpose and values for a short time. One of the biggest things that Gerry and Jordan do for us is helping us to be accountable to the items we need to do each week. I feel that accountability as business owners is just as important as our employees have to us. We have so much on our plates that without this accountability, I feel would fall between the cracks of the whirlwind of the day to day grind. Thanks Gerry for your vision of helping us grow our business with your program.
